The Link block adds a clickable card to your LinkShop page. Use it to send visitors to any URL — your store, social profiles, external content, or anything else you want to share.
What It Does
Each Link block displays as a tappable card with text, an optional description, and an optional icon or image. When visitors tap it, they're taken to the URL you set. LinkShop automatically tracks clicks on each link so you can see which ones are getting the most traffic.
Settings
Text — The main label shown on the link card
Description — Optional text that appears below the main label
URL — The web address visitors are taken to when they tap the link
Show arrow — Toggle on to display a small arrow icon on the right side of the card
Show icon — Toggle on to display a platform icon on the left side. Choose from: Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Email, Phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Messenger
Show image — Toggle on to display a custom image on the left side instead of an icon. You can use either an icon or an image, but not both at the same time
How to Add a Link Block
Open your LinkShop in the Shopify admin
Click the + button to add a new block
Select Link from the block list
Enter your Text and URL
Optionally add a Description
Choose whether to show an icon, an image, or an arrow
Click Save
Tips
Use icons to help visitors quickly recognize social media links — the Instagram icon, for example, is instantly familiar
Use custom images for branded links like podcasts, press features, or partnerships
Keep link text short and action-oriented — "Shop the Sale" works better than "Click here to view our current sale"
