Managing your subscription

How Is Billing Managed?

Your LinkShop subscription is managed through Shopify's billing system. All charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — there's no separate payment to manage.

Viewing Your Subscription

To view your current plan and billing details:

  1. Open LinkShop in your Shopify admin

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Billing

This opens the billing portal where you can see your current plan, billing cycle, and payment history.

PAusing

To change your plan, go to Settings > Billing in the app. You'll see your plan and can pause it at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. You can also cancel through your Shopify admin under Settings > Billing > Subscriptions.

Billing Cycle

Billing is handled monthly through Shopify's billing system. Your billing date is based on when you started your subscription and follows Shopify's standard billing cycle.

Refunds

LinkShop offers a free trial for you to try out all features. Refunds are not given after the trial period has ended.
