Products Not Appearing

If your products aren't showing up on your LinkShop, the most common reason is that they haven't been published to the LinkShop sales channel.

How Product Publishing Works

LinkShop uses Shopify's sales channel system. For a product to appear on your LinkShop, it needs to be published to the LinkShop sales channel — just like products need to be published to your Online Store to show up on your website.

How to Fix It

Option 1: From the LinkShop App

  1. Open LinkShop in your Shopify admin

  2. Go to Settings > Publishing

  3. Follow the instructions to manage which products are available on your LinkShop

Option 2: From Shopify Admin

  1. Go to Products in your Shopify admin

  2. Select the products you want to show on your LinkShop

  3. Click More actions > Manage sales channels

  4. Check the box next to LinkShop

  5. Click Save

Option 3: Bulk Edit

To publish many products at once, use Shopify's bulk editor:

  1. Go to Products in your Shopify admin

  2. Select all the products you want to publish

  3. Click Bulk edit

  4. Add the LinkShop sales channel column

  5. Check the boxes for each product

  6. Click Save

Other Things to Check

  • Product status — Make sure the product is set to Active in Shopify, not Draft, Unlisted or Archived

  • Product block — In the LinkShop editor, make sure your Product or Product Grid block is selecting the right products

  • Give it a moment — After publishing products to the sales channel, it may take a few seconds for them to appear
